I'm concerned that their listed website is a. I've gone into the Soundforge Facebook page and sent a private message. As stated In earlier reviews here, there's zero customer service for this product either by phone or email. According to the website my product was formally registered on 11/14/19, before I tried recording.

A tech savvy coworker researched this issue for me and discovered that they do this before the software is registered as a "try before you buy " option. Within each track, loud robotic beeping noises every few seconds completely ruined the recording. Next tried saving to my hard drive, then from there burned the disk. By the way forgot to add, if you have powerful nVidia card, support for faster rendering by using GPU is there but you'll get "unknown error". I could understand these practices for COMPANY licence but not for private users.

In simple term stay Away from their products. It appears that now I will have to start learning Premier from basics because I won't be supporting MAGIX. I only did that as I was already familiar with the menu, mechanics etc.

If I try to instal MY LICENSED COPY THAT I HAVE BOUGHT on a second PC, during verification process, a window pops up and tells me "I need to deactivate my licence from my first computer in order to install it on second PC" And guess what? You can only do it ONCE a month! I do regret that I've bought Vegas, unfortunately with my new action cam (DJI OSMO ACTION) I wasn't able to use Sony Vegas 12 anymore so I was forced to upgrade to Vegas 17. While the first one was rendering, on the second one I could still work on another project while the first one renders (saves time if you do a lot of vlogging on YouTube). Example: With my trusty Sony Vegas 12 I was able to install it on two of my computers. no programming changes have been made and I know that 9 times out of 10 it is a provider issue. Please tick the box which best relates to your enquiry. Granite says they see no issues on their end but seeing call rejection on the channels coming from the Magix.
